New Families & Children's Worker

Hillmorton Paddox Methodist Church is seeking to appoint a Families and Children’s Worker to help develop and strengthen its ministry among children, young people and families.

This exciting new role reflects the church's commitment to building relationships within the local community and creating opportunities for families to explore faith, friendship and belonging.

The successful candidate will work alongside the church and the wider East Mercia Methodist Circuit to support existing activities and develop new initiatives that engage children and families both within the church and across the local area.

The position offers an opportunity for someone with imagination, enthusiasm and a passion for Christian ministry to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families in Rugby.

The part-time role averages around 10 hours per week and is funded for a fixed term of four years. The successful applicant will be employed by East Mercia Methodist Circuit and based at Hillmorton Paddox Methodist Church.
